Dear Chocolatier,

Thank you so much for writing for me! I'm sure I'll love whatever you come up with. I truly love each of these fandoms and relationships, so I'll just be happy someone else is interested in them, too. :) I'm The_Plaid_Slytherin on AO3.

General Likes
* fluff
* canon-divergence/what-if AUs
* seasonal/holiday themes
* domesticity and slice-of-life
* hurt/comfort
* loyalty kink
* casefic
* kidfic or family fic
* wooing/courtship
* competence, especially in couples who work together and are totally in love with each other's skills
* care-taking such as bathing together, washing a partner's hair
* cuddling and bed-sharing
* reunions
* long-term pining finally being requited
* daemons added to canon settings (as in daemons have always existed in Westeros or a galaxy far far away, not a HDM crossover/fusion)

When it comes to smut, my preferences are pretty vanilla. My kinks include first times, body worship, praise kink, clothes kink, oral, anal, intercrural, intergluteal, bath sex/hair washing, loyalty kink, shaving, normally composed characters losing control, bed sharing/sex for warmth, hurt/comfort, blindfolds, hand kink/hand-holding during sex, trust, role play.

* darkfic, loads of unresolved angst, or sad/hopeless endings. Angst on the way to a happy ending is okay! But I much prefer to see it resolved than end on a dark, sad, or angsty note.
* character death (of requested characters and their friends or allies)
* rape/non-con or dub-con
* incest
* underage sex
* AUs that are another setting (e.g., modern times)
* crossovers
* BDSM or d/s
* scat or watersports

A Song of Ice and Fire - George R. R. Martin

I love these books so much. I love the worldbuilding, I love the characters. Even when they break my heart. The world is so rich and there's so much to explore, especially pre-canon, though I'm also totally into during-canon and post-canon/futurefic. And I don't think I have a fandom that's better suited for canon-divergence AUs since there are so many points where things could have gone another way. I am basically all-Baratheons-all-the-time, but anyone you want to have show up is fine! All the relationships I've asked for have some variation on Stannis, Davos, and Renly who are my faves, but I also love Robert, Loras, and Margaery if you want to bring them in. The Baratheon brothers have such fraught relationships; I just want them to be happy, even if they have to go through some angst to get there.

Stannis Baratheon/Davos Seaworth & Renly Baratheon
Renly Baratheon & Davos Seaworth
Renly Baratheon & Stannis Baratheon

* The siege of Storm's End! I can't get enough of this time period: Stannis explaining everything to Renly, Stannis comforting Renly, Renly brightening Stannis' day. What is Renly's understanding of what was going on? What was it like for Stannis to worry that his baby brother might die. But then ONIONS. Davos showing up and making friends with Renly because he has experience with children. Davos showing loyalty to Renly, too.

* Stannis decides to impart lessons of varying import to Renly as he grows up, some of which are taken better than others. I can just imagine earnest Stannis and bored Renly, or maybe Renly actually listens to him for once. Feel free to compare and contrast with Robert and Davos and what they think is good advice. (I am 100% on board with the possibility of Renly getting awful advice from his brothers and good advice from Davos.)

* Renly doesn't understand why Stannis keeps Davos around until he actually gets to know him. Unlikely bonding! Unlikely families. I definitely think things could have turned out better for Renly if he'd had some stable, responsible adults at crucial developmental moments, and if Stannis isn't one of those, Davos definitely is. At least between the two of them, the kid might turn out okay.

Stannis Baratheon/Davos Seaworth

* Something (dangerous?) happens to make Stannis realize what Davos means to him and he decides to do something about it. I love awkward Stannis, confessions, wooing.

* Reunions. At this point post-ADWD, they've been apart for ages, and I will never, ever get tired of them coming back together, especially if it results in kissing/cuddling/smut. Reunions in established relationships are great. Reunions resulting in taking their relationship to the next level are also great.

* Something about their early relationship and how that devotion developed. What happened right after Stannis took Davos' fingertips? How did their mutual trust and loyalty develop? (Because my favorite part about the loyalty is that it absolutely goes both ways.) I also love inexperienced/virgin Stannis, if you wanted to write something smutty.

* Something set during all those years in King's Landing when Stannis was Master of Ships. What was their day-to-day life like? I love the idea that Davos is just a sympathetic ear for Stannis' complaints, able to offer advice and backrubs and kisses. This was a relatively peaceful time so I wouldn't say no to some kind of worldbuilding. What kinds of holidays do they celebrate in Westeros? What kind of time do they carve out for themselves?

Salladhor Saan/Davos Seaworth

* Adventures in piracy/smuggling! When they're just starting out and failing spectacularly, or when they're very good at what they do. Helping each other out of jams, getting stranded, a wild scheme results in them running into fanfic tropes.

* Salla decides he's going to sweep the clueless younger Davos off his feet. What does Davos have to say about that?

* Salla's reaction to Davos' decision to smuggle onions into Storm's End and its aftermath. What does he think of Stannis?

Stannis Baratheon/Ned Stark

* These two should get along and I just want to see it! Working on the small council, being boring and going to bed early together, talking about #Justice

* Robert: I like him and he's a big factor in this ship. How does Ned feel about the way Robert treats Stannis? How does Stannis feel about Ned's friendship with Robert? How does Robert feel about these two hitting it off (or being in a relationship, if he finds out)?

* Or something even wilder? Change the outcome or circumstances of the Rebellion? (Maybe Ned, at some early point, gets to enlist Stannis' help locating Lyanna. Or what would have happened if Robert died at the Trident?) Robert makes Ned stay and be on the small council rather than going back to Winterfell?

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
Galen Erso/Orson Krennic
Galen Erso/Orson Krennic & Jyn Erso

Ack, I'm sorry this came out without bullet-point prompts like the others have, but I promise there are definitely prompts in there. It's just such a new fandom that it's more thoughts about the characters and possibilities than specific different plot prompts.

I always seem to fall for the old guys with the long history. I have not yet read Catalyst but I'm sure I will have by reveals, so feel free to use information from that! (And if any of my questions are answered in the book, I apologize!)

I'm asking for both Galen/Orson and the "& Jyn" version because I want to see more of Jyn's relationship with her father and how Krennic plays into that. I'd definitely be interested in canon-divergence AU! Either to avoid the movie's unhappy ending (which I think made perfect canon sense, but this is fanfiction!) or to put the characters in different circumstances earlier on. This is another fandom where I love most of the cast, so I'd be happy to have anyone you like show up. (And if you wanted a background pairing for Jyn, I ship her with Cassian and with Leia.)

I'm just fascinated by Galen's character arc in turning away from the Empire and then reluctantly coming back and eventually sabotaging the whole thing. I would love to see something where, in addition to sabotaging the Death Star project, one of his motivations for returning to the fold is to "save" Krennic. I want all the Galen angst about choosing between his principles and his feelings. Keeping up the veneer of being a good Imperial citizen—going to parties, hobnobbing with senators and moffs—while planning a way out. I'd love to see Jyn in this world, too, in an AU where Galen brings her with him and she has to navigate life deep in the Empire. I'd love to see what kind of relationship she could have with Krennic. Maybe Lyra had already died (as Galen was pretending she had), and rather than having her run, Galen decides to take a chance on his old flame. (And I'd be super into even just Imperial Coruscant slice-of-life stuff, with Jyn getting up every morning to go to Empire School while the dads go off to work on the Death Star.)

And Krennic! He's such a little ball of fail wrapped in a cape, and I love that about him. He tries so, so hard to please, but he just can't manage it. That's why I don't see him as having any real, deep loyalty to the Empire. He probably wanted to be part of something and to feel as though he was bettering himself. I am really, really fascinated by these quotes from the director (of the movie!), which talk about Krennic's accent and hint at where he comes from. So I would absolutely love to see something that explores that, especially his realization that he isn't ever going to rise higher in the ranks. Maybe that would set off the sort of crisis of character that might lead to him switching sides? I'd be just as delighted to see him switch at some point during the main movie timeline, even though I've mostly been talking about pre-movie stuff (or rather, post-prologue stuff.) Maybe everything he goes through with Vader and Tarkin and finding out Galen was the mole all combines to make him see the light (with bonus Galen-saving, or everyone-saving). How does Krennic in the Rebellion look? Do they let him keep his cape?

Nero Wolfe - Rex Stout
Archie Goodwin/Saul Panzer

I utterly adore Archie and his voice, but I'm also curious to get to know more about Saul. What's his backstory and personal life like? I see hidden depths in there! Maybe Archie does, too? How did he end up working for Wolfe and why does he stick around, when according to Archie, he could be doing much better? I would love anything exploring mid-century New York, be it mystery, adventure, or just some downtime. I love the whole gang, too, so feel free to include whoever you want. Especially Fritz and Wolf.

* First case they worked together. I love competence, but I also like total disasters that end in kissing. I love couples that work together and seeing how they order their lives together around their jobs. What would this be like for Archie and Saul? How do they deal with working apart? Working together? What happens when one has a case he has to conceal from the other?

* Saul helps Archie out of a jam, of any magnitude. Could be life or death, could be totally minor. I just want to see Saul come to Archie's rescue and Archie's reaction to having to be rescue. :D Or maybe it's Saul whom Archie has to rescue. I'm not picky!

* Making a date. Maybe a St. Valentine's date? Do they get interrupted by Wolfe? (I'm sure he'll know full well what he's doing.) Run into a case? I'd love to see them roll with whatever comes at them while still having fun together.

* Any kind of fanficcy trope like huddling for warmth, fake dating, soul bonding, sex pollen(?!)—I just think it would be a hoot to hear this kind of thing from Archie's POV, or to hear Wolfe's thoughts on it. And I feel like Saul would roll with anything without batting an eye. Definitely feel free to go cracky with the circumstances of this one.
